Order Processing
Why does it take time? Your personalized light is custom-crafted specifically for you! After you submit your photo, our team carefully creates your unique light design before shipping it to you. This custom creation process ensures you receive a high-quality, one-of-a-kind product.
Please note: Because each light is custom-made from your uploaded photo, orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin the creation process on the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), creation times may extend slightly beyond the standard 5-7 business days.

Note: We do not currently ship to other international locations. If you're located outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate special shipping requests.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Important: Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Make sure to include:
- Full recipient name
- Complete street address
- Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
- City, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
- Phone number (for delivery notifications)
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately:
- Package marked as delivered but not received
- Package damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items from your order
We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve any delivery problems quickly.
