No Returns

Custom-Made Products: Each personalized light is custom-crafted based on your unique photo. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect photo submissions, or dissatisfaction with the final product.

Please carefully review your photo and order details before completing your purchase.

Important: All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items Only

We only accept returns if your personalized light arrives damaged or defective. This includes:

  • Physical damage to the light during shipping
  • Manufacturing defects affecting functionality
  • Light not working upon arrival
  • Significant quality issues with the product itself

Please Note: Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with how your photo looks on the light
  • Wrong photo uploaded by customer
  • Color or brightness differences from expectations
  • Minor variations in custom printing

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:

Contact support@giftreat.ca within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos showing the damage or defect

Include your order number and description of the issue

Wait for our team to review and approve your claim

Time Limit: Damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period cannot be accepted.

Resolution for Damaged/Defective Items

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged or defective item
  • Full refund to your original payment method

The resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the damage or defect.

No Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Each light is made specifically based on the photo you submit, making exchanges impossible.

Please ensure your photo and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Before You Order

Double-check everything:

  • Ensure your photo is high quality and the one you want
  • Verify your shipping address is correct
  • Review product specifications carefully
  • Understand that all sales are final

Once your order is placed and your custom light creation begins, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
